Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain items such as discounted products, final sale items, or hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., socks) may not be eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
